Renter’s Insurance protects you and your belongings from unexpected loss, liability, and extra living expenses. Our lease requires residents to have insurance with at least $100,000 in liability coverage before moving in and to maintain it throughout their stay.
You may choose a personal renter’s insurance policy or our affordable Liability to Landlord Insurance, which meets lease requirements but doesn’t cover personal belongings.
