★★★★Jed and Anthony are the best maintanace duo, my mother And they senior citizen and her air was not blowing cold air. They replaced it. They came and checked on her every couple days until the new AC came. Once they replaced the AC, they removed a family of birds Who nested in the AC mount. They cleaned up their mess. I was extremely friendly and courteous to my mother and myself. The newly replace AC was not blowing cold air. They checked all my mother’s outlets and troubleshoot it until the problem was solved, which took a little over a week and every couple days they was still check on her and make sure she was comfortable. My mother’s lived here for over 10 years and these two gentlemen have left a lasting impression on my mother. They truly represent what maintenance team teams should operate as. I hope to see them in leadership roles one day. There care and sense of urgency from my mother‘s apartment. Maintenance request Is more than five stars it is top-tier stellar personalities.
