★★★I am writing this review after my first month of living at Lindenwood. So far, I have enjoyed the complex. There seems to be the general issues you will find just about anywhere; occasional noise, tenants parking in wrong space, etc. These problems exist almost anywhere. The walls are thick enough that if there is obnoxious noise in another apartment or in the hallway, it is mostly quiet inside your apartment. I would recommend to another young person/couple looking for a place to call home. I may check back in in 6 months with another review 🙂

★★★★Anthony and Willie did such a supreme job on the living room and bathroom ceiling. They went above and beyond to keep our living space as dust free as possible. They also have the best customer service etiquette and show they care about the condition of our home at the apartment complex
★★★Maintenance is great. The office staff always gets back to you & is helpful & transparent . We have new owners who made some changes - nice in some aspects. They turned the perfectly slanted drive way entrance into a curb so now when you enter the complex you have to be very careful or you can pop your tire. Not great for the tenants tires to be honest. Would be nice if you changed it back. Also.. they’re updating some units but not current tenants. So the pics online are not what every apartment actually looks like. So current tenants are paying the same amount for an outdated unit as new tenants who have new flooring & appliances. That feels unfair. All in all, I do like it here. It’s peaceful & safe .
