Amberstone Apartments

I’ve only been here a week and had to call maintenance three times for the heat. Maintenance does respond quickly, just wish I didn’t have to call them so many times for the same problem. The stove doesn’t work properly, that was an issue on the first day, and still is. It’s very spacious and quiet so far. There’s always parking, great location. Hailey has been a huge help in solving my issues. They are currently being worked out as we speak.

I've been here for over 25 years. This place is simply the best. Their commitment to excellence is unparalleled. When something breaks, it is fixed the same or next day. I remember when I first moved in here, there was not enough parking space so people had to double park in the parking lot. The owners coughed up over $200,000 to add an additional parking lot in the lower end. The awning is replaced with a new one every year. The grounds are maintained beautifully. Let me say the owners are not affraid to spend the money to keep this place in great condition. The building managers Justin and Maikel are very friendly and super good at what they do. They always say hi in passing as if they were your best friends. They are GREAT!!! This building is very convenient to everything. A very short walk to the river, the KOP mall is only a fews miles from here, easy and quick acces to the highway and the Wawa is only 2 blocks away. If apartment living is what you need right now, this is the place to be.

I have to say that Bishop Hill is a very friendly place the management staff is very helpful and polite. I love my apartment And it's a very quite and extremely peaceful i must say. Management made my process go very smoothly for that I'm Truely great full i would recommend Bishop Hill to my family and friends without a second thought thank you so much BISHOP HILL FOR THE BEST EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD YOU GUYS ARE GREAT

My experience with Bishop Hill Apartments has been nothing short of amazing! From the very beginning, the application process was smooth and stress-free, thanks to Haylie. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and always available to answer any questions we had. Her professionalism and kindness made the entire process so much easier. The community itself is well-maintained, quiet, and feels like home. The apartments are spacious, and the amenities are great. Today is the best day as a resident at the Stratford Court Apartments, in Lansdowne, PA. I’ve never ever had an issue with repairs being completed as promised. I’m always thankful for the quality of work done in my apartment and the building in general. The maintenance men are truly outstanding, from Ryshawn, William, Rich, Anthony, and Gary. There’s nothing that they have had delayed in services directed towards me. This is my forever home. Again, I’m grateful. Sincerely, Roz

Craig was a great help with all the maintenance I needed done! Made it as quick and painless as possible.

The few times I needed maintenance they were at my apartment to help within a very reasonable time and fixed the problems. Very friendly and accommodating. Also, except for the salt tracks with the snow, they have been coming every few weeks to vacuum the hallways. By the way, the new paint and carpeting really looks nice. Thank you to all of your maintenance workers, especially William and the Supervisor that came to turn my heat on a few weeks ago.

William the heater repair man was a total professional, explained what everyone else was doing wrong...than explained what he did to correct it. For the first time the heat & pipes are hot. I hope everything is good after everything warms up!!

Lived there for 2 years, no complaints at all maintenance was always a call away, problem fixed no more than 2 days wait even when I got locked out of my apartment on a weekend

The crew here is the BEST. I met Santino in the hall & told him the melting snow was becoming icy. He got a bucket of salt & went outside immediatly to salt. Said he would do that again before he went home. He walked me to my car & threw salt by my driver side. He & Eric even worked at night, salting the walkways. I had a mouse come into my apt under the door. (From the hallway) I told Lisa, she told Eric . In a half hour Eric put a doorsweep on apt door. Gary was told & he threw poison down & checked apt. GREAT JOB from all! They were fast, hard, & always pleasant. GREAT CREW. Lisa & the boys (I am 88 so they are all 'boys') are always concerned about the residents

My problem was responded to in a timely manner, William's assistance on the matter was greatly appreciated👍🏻

You did well the water was stopped but the carpet was to cleaned but t wasn't why
