★★★★Anthony and Willie did such a supreme job on the living room and bathroom ceiling. They went above and beyond to keep our living space as dust free as possible. They also have the best customer service etiquette and show they care about the condition of our home at the apartment complex
★★★Maintenance is great. The office staff always gets back to you & is helpful & transparent . We have new owners who made some changes - nice in some aspects. They turned the perfectly slanted drive way entrance into a curb so now when you enter the complex you have to be very careful or you can pop your tire. Not great for the tenants tires to be honest. Would be nice if you changed it back. Also.. they’re updating some units but not current tenants. So the pics online are not what every apartment actually looks like. So current tenants are paying the same amount for an outdated unit as new tenants who have new flooring & appliances. That feels unfair. All in all, I do like it here. It’s peaceful & safe .

Justin and Mike took time from their day to help me find an answer to my electric power outage. This was without a scheduled maintenance appointment. They found the problem and got me power. Thanks again. I was able to save food in the refrigerator that would have gone bad if I was without power much longer. John Then, the following day I requested maintenance for my oven that wasnt working. When I returned from work, the oven was working and had new range clean trays. Thanks Justin and Mike. John
