I must say that I am a quite pleased with the service I received when my power went out last week. I put in a request for maintenance stating the issue and it was resolved in about an hour. The maintenance person knocked on my door to see if everything was working. That’s the kind of service I expect when an issue arises as they sometimes do.

Gary did an excellent job providing his monthly services. Rick continues to do a great job on the bathroom shower project.
Eric and Tino were extremely nice and helpful. Eric was kind enough to walk me through what was done and explained why it happened 😊 thanks again!
I was having a problem with my toilet and Mr. Julian and Mr.rob came and got the job done. I appreciate them.
Julian and Gary came by for routine Inspection and took care of all my needs
The customer service was nice and eager to know if there any problems so they can fix it. I did appreciated their concern especially Julian and Garry
If I have an issue with anything in my apartment, I can always count on the maintenance crew to handle it usually within a day - sometimes the same day. They are always efficient and reliable. Most importantly, they are clean and honest.
Smooth process with Jazmen at Patricia Court. She was personable and reassuring. Also, maintenance has been pretty good at responding to needs. One week in and it’s been a pleasant experience.
I am staying at Bishop Apartments for the past 2.5 years.I have had a good experience living here. They have a prompt and efficient maintenance team for home issues and try to be on top of any common area problems including door handles,parking spaces And they are quick to help out with any further issues such as kitchen plumbing issues and pest control

The management staff is always on top of things, and the maintenance team is top-notch. They go out of their way to make sure that you feel comfortable, that they respect your apartment when they come in to do maintenance and work. Can't say enough good words. The maintenance team is prompt and responsive to any maintenance request. Convenience sums up living here the best. Literally, a 3 minute walk (don't even have to move your car) to get to the Grocery Store (Acme Markets). Home Depot is right next store as well (same walking distance), and with in building Laundry makes a big difference in the Winter months. One of the few Apartment complexes which offer Two (2) Full bathrooms in their 2 Bedroom units. Every building has trash disposal conveniently located at each build. Finally, each unit already has cable television pulled in for both of the major providers (RCN and Xfinity). We are very happy with our choice to live here.
I am a new tenant of Lindenwood Apartments and i absolutely love it. My neighbors are all very kind, the place is kept up very nicely, I feel a sense of safety & the staff are AWESOME! Lisa the leasing manager was soooooo nice and kind throughout my entire process of moving. She ensured all of my questions and concerns were answered, she always got back to me quickly, she was always pleasant and friendly even on moving day she made me feel like she cared which you don’t get from most companies. The maintenance team is also amazing from Mr. Eric to all the other guys on the staff! They are pleasant and helpful but most importantly they’re efficient. I am extremely pleased with my new place and couldn’t be happier to be a tenant here!

Maintenance took care of my work order. Friendly staff.
The reviews about pests are correct, it’s definitely a problem here (which is true for pretty much any building in the area unfortunately). I would take off stars from my rating if it wasn’t addressed, but to their credit the maintenance guys have been great about taking care of it and always come out immediately when I put a work order in. My apartment has been virtually roach free for a few months now, and Gary and Julian are always coming around to do preventive maintenance and get ahead of any other problems. They’re super friendly and polite, which is a big relief when you live in an apt and don’t have a choice of who is coming into your home to fix things. It’s a no-frills property, but a nice simple place to call home with good neighbors.
The plumbers Julian and Jessie came in today friendly and nice. They knew where the problems were, knowledgeable and left no mess.
