Renter’s Insurance will protect you and your personal belongings from loss, liability, and additional living expenses caused by unexpected accidents, incidents, and emergencies that can catch you off guard if you are not prepared.
Our leases require all residents to have insurance with at least $100,000 of liability before you move in and to maintain coverage throughout the duration of your stay.
Renters have the option to purchase renter’s insurance through their own provider which covers their personal belongings or opt into our Liability to Landlord Insurance which provides residents with a low-cost option to meet the lease requirement. Liability to Landlord Insurance does not cover the tenant’s personal belongings.
