Nick Anthony and Eric were amazing very friendly and helpful they came any time i needed anything done or fixed

Overall Ryan did a excellent job and he did his job in a timely manner. However he did say that i would get a new bathroom door. I am waiting on that.

Lael was wonderful to work with! She took the time to listen to my desires in regards to location and amenities for my new apartment and delivered! I would definitely recommend working with her for anyone that is looking for an apartment in the Lansdowne area!

Ryan from maintenance is very pleasant professional! He knew the job that had to be done and performed the service needed to repair the problems. Thanks Woodward Properties for having such an caring attitude ,well-mannered, and professional employee. Its a blessing to see that Ryan cared enough to make sure our issues were resolved! The folks who run Bridgeport Suites on the day to day care about the people that live here. This becomes especially obvious to me after living here for a little more than two months. I had a very pleasant meet & greet with the staff, her name is Nicole, she was very nice and patient with me. She really made me feel very welcome through the whole process. There was no pressure at all, and I love my new home.

I had an excellent experience with two maintenance staff Aaron and Rahmir. They responded promptly, explained everything clearly, and made sure the issue was fully resolved before leaving. They were respectful of my space and very professional. It’s clear they take pride in their work. Thank you for the great service!

The maintenance team is always punctual and efficient when it comes to fixing issues in our building. Aaron stands out as an exceptional professional and genuinely enjoys his work. His friendly demeanor and willingness to go above and beyond are truly commendable. Despite knowing that maintenance work is typically limited to weekdays, Aaron made an effort to come and inspect my leak on the weekends. This level of dedication is greatly appreciated, especially since emergencies are the only exceptions to the weekend work schedule. Aaron’s constant communication and prompt response have been invaluable to us as residents. As renters, we only expect reliable and courteous service, and Aaron consistently delivers on that promise.
