Thanks to Kathy and especially Raymond for doing such a fast and great job! Raymond had all issues fixed in less than :30 minutes.

Aaron is extremely professional and diligent in his work! - I’m not a difficult tenant and I don’t expect much from delco apartments or their property management. BUT, since Austin left communication has been slim to none. The new PM seems inexperienced and is overwhelmed (her words). Ali would make sure the property was maintained. I would great him every morning on my way to work as he’s collecting trash. But he is gone with multiple replacements and there’s more trash around than before with just 1 man. This new automated system is not the blame because this was happening before “Kathy” (the name of the new system). Get Property managers that care about the neighborhood and tenants. Issue’s aren’t being addressed in a timely manner. I like this apartment and this is my neighborhood but management must do better. I’m curious to know if the cameras are working to figure out who left this?! Made a work order yesterday 5p came home 12p today and it was still there covered in flies and the smell was horrible. I removed it and swept the steps with water n bleach smh…

Great job by the maintenance team. Reported the issue i had and they responded and took care of it for me the same dey. Very professional!!!

One day there was a leak in the kitchen. The kitchen light was faulty as well. Maintenance responded immediately after the work order was put in. The leak required a plumber which they had out the next day. Not only did the leak get fixed but they installed a new kitchen light fixture

Maintenance crew Eric and Tino did a great job finding my electrical short in the bathroom

Jed and Anthony are the best maintanace duo, my mother And they senior citizen and her air was not blowing cold air. They replaced it. They came and checked on her every couple days until the new AC came. Once they replaced the AC, they removed a family of birds Who nested in the AC mount. They cleaned up their mess. I was extremely friendly and courteous to my mother and myself. The newly replace AC was not blowing cold air. They checked all my mother’s outlets and troubleshoot it until the problem was solved, which took a little over a week and every couple days they was still check on her and make sure she was comfortable. My mother’s lived here for over 10 years and these two gentlemen have left a lasting impression on my mother. They truly represent what maintenance team teams should operate as. I hope to see them in leadership roles one day. There care and sense of urgency from my mother‘s apartment. Maintenance request Is more than five stars it is top-tier stellar personalities.
