The neighbors are all super nice and truly look out for each other !!! 10/10 reccommend this complex I’m so happy I renewed my lease 🙂

★★★★Is this a place for seniors, like no stairs or working elevators or wheelchair bound?
★★★★We had an issue with our bathroom sink not draining and the pipe underneath needed to be looked at as well for a small leak. Craig came out very quickly on a Sunday to take a look and was able to fix the drainage issue and told us he’d inform the plumber of the issue the next day so he could come over to fix the pipe. Craig was very kind and informative. He passed the message along and Julian came over on Monday to fix it and even adjusted our water pressure while he was there. Very quick service - pleased with our experience!

He came with Christian b/c they brought me a brand new ac unit, for which I am grateful! These two gentlemen were very professional, courteous, pleasant, and knowledgeable! I just wanted to give another kudos to them for a job well done. I would also like to give my thanks to Mike for all the times he took care of my maintenance issues; I didn’t know at that time we could leave reviews. So, thank you Mike for always being so kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable and professional!!!!
★★★★I had noticed a AC leak today, Saturday 7/19/25, that was apparently leaking for a little while. I was surprised at how quickly I was contacted by maintenance; they usually take days to respond! After speaking via phone with the maintenance man he came right over to access the water damage and made a few adjustments to the angel of the ac and said they’d be back on Monday to finish. Craig was the awesome maintenance guy!!! He explained what he was doing to avoid any further water leakage and was an extremely nice person young man, he even helped me with my food delivery order from the store😁 Thank you Craig!!!
