My last service experience was excellent Willie is a very professional and kind gentleman. He repairs with care, which in turn results in the repair request being met. My dishwasher was not operating properly, Willie ensures it was replaced in a very timely manner.

Maintenance is awesome!!

The maintenance man was courteous when he called to inform me he was at my apartment to do the needed repairs or adjustments. The work was done by the time I returned home from shopping. Everything works as normal once again.

I was so impressed about how the management of finding an apartment and how the process was handled. Jasmine was so professional, helpful and is an excellent asset to your establishment. She responds back within a timely manner and she is also very pleasant. I enjoyed the experience and am placed in my unit.

The request was addressed immediately and the staff member was very professional, friendly and knowledgeable.

I called the maintenance. And a day a after they respond asap. It’s great place to live. Quiet environment.

Wonderful service!

I don’t usually write reviews but this is a must!! Eric (maintenance) has such an amazing personality, he was very helpful and patient with me. He explained everything that needed to be done and went above and beyond to make sure my problems were solved right away without hesitation. I can tell that this was more than a job to him and I truly appreciate his hard work!

Good customer service Every thing was and is nice and clean. Customer service is very good thanks for everything.

Very reliable I love this complex and have been here for two years now and hope to stay longer.

Understanding Jazmen has been wonderful throughout this process, everyone has been flexible and understanding.

I would recommend Ridgeway Always passed it & it is cleaned, neat & your customer service is wonderful. I would recommend Ridgeway or Woodward properties. I have seen other properties were taken care off.

Location is good, The entire process was marvelous and easy, good approach, smiling behavior. Location is good, Wood properties is affordable.

Enjoyed My Time Here!! Five years ago, I had the opportunity to rent my very first apartment and thankfully, Jazmen was there to walk me through the process which went on smoothly. The maintenance staff was always responsive and would work on your problem the same day or the next day at most. The apartment itself is spacious and has lots of closets. Neighborhood is safe and quiet which worked perfectly for me. My neighbors in the other three apartments on my floor were top-notch. We kept to ourselves but made sure we spoke to each other when we met outside. All in all, this is a great place to live and I will miss it but it was time to move in a two-bedroom apartment as life has changed. I will miss living here.
