Haylie demonstrated excellent communication skills and professionalism. She was responsive, attentive, and made sure all questions were addressed promptly.

Exterminator came the next day after I put in my request. He was courteous and professional. He sprayed and put down mice traps. I was pleased with the service he provided.

Arron has been the new maintenance man at my place. Insanely professional. Called me upon arrival. Walked through the issues one at a time in real time! The guys solid and has done more for me in our first encounter than any other person so far.

I called maintenance because my ceiling was leaking on a Saturday evening. Aaron was assigned to my unit and he tended to the leak promptly. He also was able to spot different cracks that needed to be repaired and made sure that they were repaired within the next couple days. He was very respectful, polite and had great communication.

Work order was delayed but problem was fixed.

The management team is attentive and handles maintenance issues effectively. After experiencing a problem with my window blinds, Aaron came in and replaced the new blinds quickly. I am very pleased with the quality of work and the overall service provided.

I loved this house and neighborhood it was my childhood home and I love and miss florida so so much my neighbors were so nice and I went out to ride my bike to school, it was such a great place.. The pool was always very clean and sanitary when I lived there, the neighborhood itself was not loud, it was nice, clean, sunny, decorative, and very floridian. I remember my favorite palm trees as I rode my bike and scooter past them and I really remember me running outside as a kid playing with my little sister under the palm trees and sidewalks... I don't know how the neighborhood is now, I had moved out in early 2023.. but.. my childhood home.

I had an issue with a draft coming from underneath my air conditioner for a couple years since I’ve been here. Aaron did an amazing job with installing seals underneath the air conditioner because it was cold in my apartment. As soon as I put my maintenance request in, Aaron came to my unit as soon as possible. He was very officiant and he was friendly. Most importantly he got the job done. Thank you!
