What Our Residents Are Saying
just wanted to express again, how nice this place is. if there's ever a problem which is rarely, a simple maintenance request is sent and they. handle it right away.the management and maintenance team are awesome.they are friendly, outgoing and take care of your problems when they arise..so just wanted to send a thank you, to an awesome crew👍
You did well the water was stopped but the carpet was to cleaned but t wasn't why
Craig from maintenance was very efficient has a great attitude. was very helpful. Problem solved! ❤️
I’m experience is great thank you jazmine. 👍🏿
I’m not sure which request I’m posting about. I’ve submitted a couple. One for fuse outage in kitchen. Although it took a couple of days because it happened on a Friday and the maintenance guys are out of here on Friday at 5. The fact that the maintenance team is at a minimal response in off hours (not good) on Monday morning Craig was assigned to my situation and was helpful, professional and empathetic. The next request was for bugs in kitchen again. Within 1 day Gary was at the apt. And sprayed the magic spray. Thank you for caring and the follow up.
I love it. Everyone is so nice and it's a quiet neighborhood.
The guysJulian and Jesse were very professional and pleasant. Always helpful

Good place to live, the area is nice and you are close to transportation, markets and other shopping plazas. The building keep up and clean.
You have a stellar maitenance team and a great property manager. !
I'll be honest, I was very very upset this past week regarding the communication coming from this company. I had left voicemails, emails and phone calls that had gone unanswered for about a week. Today, I received a call from Marines I believe, after receiving my concerns. She was professional, patient and understanding of my concerns despite my frustrations. She helped clear up the miscommunication and situation and helped me resolve the problem that I had with my billing situation. Thank you so much! When we first moved in to the Villas of Boynton Beach, there was a bit of a German roach problem. I am very familiar with these roaches as I have worked with them in the past as a pest control technician. I suppose the tenant before us had lived there for a very long time and were not the cleanest. However, before we moved in they had all the cabinetry in the kitchen and bathroom replaced, new stove and fridge, as well as a new toilet and sink as well. I am not sure if this is typical, but these renovations were certainly welcomed and very important in order for me to get rid of the roaches. In an apartment complex you can really only do so much when it comes to these roaches, as they can come through the walls from other apartments. After my initial treatment I had only seen about 5 roaches in 8 months. This might sound like a lot, but as somebody who has seen a lot of infestations in the Boynton area, I can say with certainty that that was pretty dang good given that there are people to the left, right and below me who probably had roaches even worse than us. There's only so much an apartment complex can do. These roaches are so heavily reliant on humans and their sanitary conditions. We can control how our apartment is clean and sanitary, but we cannot control the apartments around us. The apartments here are a little more expensive than others in the Boynton area, but at least I know I can feel safe going out to my car in the middle of the night if I needed to. The units are beautiful are everything my boyfriend and I could've asked for for our first apartment. The neighbors are so-so, but there's only so much you can do about that. Chris, the property manager/maintenance guy is delightful. He either is a great actor, or truly loves what he does!! He's kind, funny, friendly and always waves to us whenever we see him. It was always nice having a familiar face knowing that we could feel safe around. We are going to miss him a lot!! All in all, a little hiccup with communication but they got right to correcting it when I left a review. It was right in holiday season so maybe that's why my methods of communication got lost. Either way, good experience from first-time apartment renters. Thanks for making our first apartment so special, and thank you for your quick action!!
I am staying at Bishop Apartments for the past 2.5 years.I have had a good experience living here. They have a prompt and efficient maintenance team for home issues and try to be on top of any common area problems including door handles, parking spaces And they are quick to help out with any further issues such as kitchen plumbing issues and pest control
Had an issue with the apartment and he was taken care of for me promptly and professionally.

Information
Lansdowne is an up and coming residential borough in Delaware County, bordered by Yeadon, Clifton Heights, Drexel Hill, and Upper Darby. The Lansdowne Train Station stands in the heart of the commercial center, connecting the town to Center City Philadelphia, which is only 6 miles away.
Lansdowne is known for the dynamic architecture of its Victorian-era homes, which truly set it apart from the generic grid found in the surrounding areas. The Henry Albertson Subdivision Historic District protect the borough from overdevelopment and ensure great views from all of our locations. Driving down the road, or taking one of the many public transportation options offered in Lansdowne, you may notice amidst the many parks, one of the largest trees in Pennsylvania, a 350-year-old sycamore tree widely known as "The Lansdowne Sycamore".
