I have been here for 5 or 6 years. Some of my experiences have not been the best. I have had some maintenance issues but we manage because we love the location. Recently I have had some water issues, they sent a maintenance man and I'm glad they did. His name is Craig. This guy went out of his way to ensure I got top niche repairs

Mice ๐Ÿ a lot .. ๐Ÿชณ our first day moving in ๐Ÿ€ in the old stoves .. thin walls .. cheap doors .. good place , they donโ€™t steal mail . A lot of space .. o yeah apt w104 .. the loudest people in the building.. cops there every day

Thank you to the Maintenance people. My walls look really nice with new paint. The new flooring is nice too. The lavatory works good now and thanks for replacing the lid. Have a nice day, John Blewitt Justin fixed a leaking pipe under my bathroom sink. Itโ€™s great to have better peace of mind now that itโ€™s fixed. Thank you. Justin and Mike took time from their day to help me find an answer to my electric power outage. This was without a scheduled maintenance appointment. They found the problem and got me power. Thanks again. I was able to save food in the refrigerator that would have gone bad if I was without power much longer. John Then, the following day I requested maintenance for my oven that wasnt working. When I returned from work, the oven was working and had new range clean trays. Thanks Justin and Mike. John

Haylie who help me through the end of my processes was very friendly and helpful. Although when I was first shown the property I was told it was still being cleaned up, but not all my concerns that I had prior to moving in were addressed. Its still a very nice spacious place with better perks then any of the other places I was looking at.

William, the maintenance guy came to replace my faucet on my sink. Heโ€™s a very respectful guy. I would just like to thank you so much anytime I put in a request. It doesnโ€™t take long for William to repair what I need done. Also, I think the guy name is Rashad. I had experience with my heater not working. He was very respectable and made sure that I had heat I would just like to say these two maintenance guys. Iโ€™ve only been here a week and had to call maintenance three times for the heat. Maintenance does respond quickly, just wish I didnโ€™t have to call them so many times for the same problem. The stove doesnโ€™t work properly, that was an issue on the first day, and still is. Itโ€™s very spacious and quiet so far. Thereโ€™s always parking, great location. Hailey has been a huge help in solving my issues. They are currently being worked out as we speak.

I've been here for over 25 years. This place is simply the best. Their commitment to excellence is unparalleled. When something breaks, it is fixed the same or next day. I remember when I first moved in here, there was not enough parking space so people had to double park in the parking lot. The owners coughed up over $200,000 to add an additional parking lot in the lower end. The awning is replaced with a new one every year. The grounds are maintained beautifully. Let me say the owners are not affraid to spend the money to keep this place in great condition. The building managers Justin and Maikel are very friendly and super good at what they do. They always say hi in passing as if they were your best friends. They are GREAT!!! This building is very convenient to everything. A very short walk to the river, the KOP mall is only a fews miles from here, easy and quick acces to the highway and the Wawa is only 2 blocks away. If apartment living is what you need right now, this is the place to be.
