I applaud the maintenance unit for always accommodating my service request promptly. Craig was very professional in explaining the issue and its resolution. In addition, i also want to say that the leasing office has always been there when i raise a concern and they make sure to find solutions. It’s only 4 due to the cockroach and mice infestation. Other than that, it’s been a breeze living here.

Problem still continues with mice and cockroaches, maintenance responded within a day and sprays, looks around. Activity slows down for a week or so and then resumes. Living in a complex lends itself to rodents/bugs so I realistically understand that. But perhaps a better product or procedure and its frequency, in minimizing this rodent activity. We know colder, wet weather is coming so shouldn’t a plan be implemented that can combat these continual pests?
