Julian and Jesse came and found a leaking water line in my ceiling at penzel e23. They fixed it within a couple hours and cleaned up nicely. They were very professional and respectful. Thank you guys very much

My experience has been wonderful. When I moved in the apartment the condition was great. It was clean. It had new cabinets. New carpet. Freshly painted. New appliances. I had my Queen Size mattress delivered there, the property manager helped me carry it to my apartment. The staff here is kind and helpful. The neighbors are polite, greeting each other and holding doors open for each other. They seem to be focused on offering a quality experience in hopes to attract quality tenants, and I appreciate that. I would totally recommend someone I love to live here. And it goes without saying I feel the same about strangers. Dominic

I would like to give my feedback for the housekeeping done by Anna. I reside at the Carole House, she's very friendly and professional at work. Anna does an amazing job.The building is always clean inside and out including the laundry facilities. We truly appreciate her work ethic.

My freezer/refrigerator stopped working. I called and reported the problem late on a Thursday. The next day, Kev from maintenance came up by 10 am and checked the refrigerator. He determined that it was indeed broken. Luckily there was a spare refrigerator available. He checked to be sure that unit worked, then brought it up by 1 pm. I am very impressed with Woodwards maintenance team and with the individual members I have interacted with. Thank you so much! This company is hands down better than the previous owners wrre.

Honestly, I only have positive things to say about Hardie House and the entire Woodward team, especially Justin. Moving from out of state and never having been to Bala Cynwyd, I was terrified of being scammed or moving into a dirty, unkept apartment, but instead, I found this gem. The entire process was a breeze, my unit is gorgeous, maintenance was responded to in HOURS not days, parking on the street is always easily found, and $20 for the entire year with Lower Merion. Justin is incredibly personable and made any comment/question/concern I had feel valid and made sure to acknowledge it within the day. There are no pests, the rent is a great value, the neighbors are just the right amount of friendly, and I have had no issues with noise or missing packages. I am truly heartbroken I have to leave due to relocating for work, but Hardie House will always have a place in my heart.

I like the new mgmt so far. Especially since they haven't raised the rent. Their response time is very good in all aspects thus far. I only wish floors were cleaned more often. Other than that, it's a nice place to live.

Great experience I just moved out of the Hardy House but really enjoyed my time there. The apartments are very nice and the location is very convenient if attending Saint Joseph’s University. Over all I highly suggest these apartments.
