Maintenance Technician Eric came in after I called for Kitchen Leakage, he fixed the issue right away and called me as well to let me know that the issue has been fixed, thank you so much Eric, I really appreciated your prompt response to this problem.

Eric the maintenance is awesome and straightforward. Would definitely recommend him in any household troubles

I LOVE Lisa, Chris, Kevin. They CARE about yourvproblems & ALWAYS solve them. My kitchen drawer fell out & Chris was there in a very short time & fixed it. Also, when closet doors fell off he was there within hours & had them back on. The boys are friendly, helpful, & efficent. The same with Lisa. When I go to the office with a question or problem she gets right on it. Thanks to all!!!! op

Eric was very professional and prompt in his response to the maintenance

Lisa was extremely help, and supportive through out our moving in process. She always was ready to accommodate us into our apartment whether it be advice on prior to moving in or showing us different apartments to solidify our choice. In the days leading up she was very reachable for any concerns we had!

just wanted to express again, how nice this place is. if there's ever a problem which is rarely, a simple maintenance requestis sent and they. handle it right away.the management and maintenance team are awesome.they are friendly, not goin and take care of your problems when they arise..so just wanted to send a thank you, to an awesome crew👍

The emergency was handled at reasonable timing and the repairs were made.

Staff is always attentative to the tenant's concern and respond adequately to resolve the issues. ☺️

My freezer/refrigerator stopped working. I called and reported the problem late on a Thursday. The next day, Kev from maintenance came up by 10 am and checked the refrigerator. He determined that it was indeed broken. Luckily there was a spare refrigerator available. He checked to be sure that unit worked, then brought it up by 1 pm. I am very impressed with Woodwards maintenance team and with the individual members I have interacted with. Thank you so much! This company is hands down better than the previous owners wrre.

I like the new mgmt so far. Especially since they haven't raised the rent. Their response time is very good in all aspects thus far. I only wish floors were cleaned more often. Other than that, it's a nice place to live.

I have service request. Lisa took care of it. Chris did it very nicely. I like the way they do their job and the way they talk to me and all others. Hope to receive the same type of service.

The maintenance team here is really great. They are polite and professional. They are friendly and welcoming. It doesn't matter how often you call they're always willing to help. I honestly think this is the best maintenance team this building has seen. Kevin is amazing he's quick and gets the job done, he always tell you "not a problem" whenever he's working on something and he'll answer any questions you have. Gary is awesome he's very open and willing to assist anyway he can. I'm really pleased with the team here it makes living here worth it.
