Lindenwood Apartments

I lived in this apartment community for three years and had a very positive experience. The leasing manager, Lisa, is outstanding—always professional, responsive, and patient. Whenever I submitted a maintenance request, Eric and the maintenance team addressed the issue promptly and effectively. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. The resident app made it easy to pay rent and submit service requests, which added to the overall convenience of living here. I initially rented a one-bedroom apartment and later upgraded to a two-bedroom with a balcony, both of which were well-maintained and comfortable. The complex is located in a great area and offers a quiet, pleasant neighborhood atmosphere.

Whole priority is a must, the maintenance people will definitely come to your rescue in a timely manor. I love that about this complex!

Dishwasher stopped working. Mgmt responded same day. Maintenance checked the status next day & declared it dead. Had brand new replacement 2 days later.

I have had such a wonderful day!! BECAUSE, SANTINO fixed my smoke alarm which had been beeping all night long. BOOM, Santino had it fixed in 2 minutes. He is a hard workrr all around the building. THEN, Gary came & put stuff down to kill the mice. He did such a GREAT job exterminating the basment that maybe some mice came upstsirs. I had 3. But, he was here today & I am fully confident that he got rid of any othrrs. Bith are SUPER workers.

I am writing this review after my first month of living at Lindenwood. So far, I have enjoyed the complex. There seems to be the general issues you will find just about anywhere; occasional noise, tenants parking in wrong space, etc. These problems exist almost anywhere. The walls are thick enough that if there is obnoxious noise in another apartment or in the hallway, it is mostly quiet inside your apartment. I would recommend to another young person/couple looking for a place to call home. I may check back in in 6 months with another review 🙂

The property manager, Lisa, is amazing! She is so kind and helpful. She made the experience a pleasant one and my apartment is great!

I was contacted by office and they helped arrange service order for a lock service on a door. The work was completed within 24 hrs time. The maintenance man left my new key on inside of door on a door hanger. I’m very satisfied with their timely service. Thanks again!!

just wanted to express again, how nice this place is. if there's ever a problem which is rarely, a simple maintenance request is sent and they. handle it right away.the management and maintenance team are awesome.they are friendly, outgoing and take care of your problems when they arise..so just wanted to send a thank you, to an awesome crew👍

Maintenance came to fix my heater before the cold weather rolled in and they were very friendly and efficient!

Hi I have been a tenant here for past 8-9 years. The maintenance crew we have now is outstanding. I called for a maintenance request My front door wouldn't stay closed I always had to put the lock on it or else it would just blow open, an hour after I placed the request the maintenance crew is here fix the door problem. They're friendly they're cleaning and neat, don't leave a mess. A great maintenance crew. Thanks again guys

I must say that I am a quite pleased with the service I received when my power went out last week. I put in a request for maintenance stating the issue and it was resolved in about an hour. The maintenance person knocked on my door to see if everything was working. That’s the kind of service I expect when an issue arises as they sometimes do.

I am a new tenant of Lindenwood Apartments and i absolutely love it. My neighbors are all very kind, the place is kept up very nicely, I feel a sense of safety & the staff are AWESOME! Lisa the leasing manager was soooooo nice and kind throughout my entire process of moving. She ensured all of my questions and concerns were answered, she always got back to me quickly, she was always pleasant and friendly even on moving day she made me feel like she cared which you don’t get from most companies. The maintenance team is also amazing from Mr. Eric to all the other guys on the staff! They are pleasant and helpful but most importantly they’re efficient. I am extremely pleased with my new place and couldn’t be happier to be a tenant here!
