The stove doesn’t work properly, that was an issue on the first day, and still is. It’s very spacious and quiet so far. There’s always parking, great location. Hailey has been a huge help in solving my issues. They are currently being worked out as we speak.

★★★I’m not sure which request I’m posting about. I’ve submitted a couple. One for fuse outage in kitchen. Although it took a couple of days because it happened on a Friday and the maintenance guys are out of here on Friday at 5. The fact that the maintenance team is at a minimal response in off hours (not good) on Monday morning Craig was assigned to my situation and was helpful, professional and empathetic. The next request was for bugs in kitchen again. Within 1 day Gary was at the apt. And sprayed the magic spray. Thank you for caring and the follow up.

They go out of their way to make sure that you feel comfortable, that they respect your apartment when they come in to do maintenance and work. Can't say enough good words. The maintenance team is prompt and responsive to any maintenance request. Convenience sums up living here the best. Literally, a 3 minute walk (don't even have to move your car) to get to the Grocery Store (Acme Markets). Home Depot is right next store as well (same walking distance), and with in building Laundry makes a big difference in the Winter months. One of the few Apartment complexes which offer Two (2) Full bathrooms in their 2 Bedroom units. Every building has trash disposal conveniently located at each build. Finally, each unit already has cable television pulled in for both of the major providers (RCN and Xfinity). We are very happy with our choice to live here.
