I had a bathroom flooding issue over the weekend. Eric from maintenence came by quickly and left equipment to dry out the carpet. Thank you so much Eric I can't imagine how that would have played out otherwise

Whenever I call maintenance they come with no problem. My last service call was super efficient and he even helped with something that wasn’t even requested in my ticket! I can’t thank the maintenance team enough!! Their hard work doesn’t go unnoticed.

Everything was fixed efficiently and fast by the employee Eric. Very helpful and understanding man.

I have been living here for about a year an half and have had no issues with maintenance or anything, the costs have went up, yeah, but as does the market and value of everything in current day. I was moved into my apartment very quickly and the leasing office answered all of my questions, they are very nice. The other residents here are incredibly kind and undeniably hospitable, I really enjoy living here, and so does my little dog lol.

Thanks for installing my curtain rod brackets and new blinds, now I have blackout curtains to keep the sun out and reduce my use of air conditioning, so I save money on my electrification bill.

My maintenance request was handled swiftly and with-professionalism. The attendant was kind and courteous. .

My toilet was not properly flushing. The maintenance man, Anthony, came to repair but determined that the repair was unsatisfactory due to the age of the toilet. He came the next day with a new toilet and installed it. The remarkable thing about Anthony is his professionalism and consciousness. Before he left he cleaned up the bathroom in areas that were dirty before he came. This man is a star and deserves all the praise I can give.
