The Special Leasing agent jasmine is amazing! She was extremely welcoming in the moving process and made us feel at home even before we entered the apartment!!

Yes, the maintenance guy William came right away once I was told them my garage door was stuck. He’s very polite and the next day william came and repaired the garage door I really appreciate it. He’s a very nice and respectful maintenance guy.

I’ve just moved in the staff is very friendly and helpful they had my apartment ready for move in ahead of schedule and they are very informative leasing office and the maintenance crew

The 5 stars are for the great maintenance crew at Lindenwood. It all started when Kevin received a call of a major leak in the bathroom of 407. The water gushed into 307, 207, & into 107 (where my grandson lives.) I became aware of the problem when He called to ask me how to reach maintenance. Kevin arrived & was here for HOURS. (This was after work hours. Then Chris & Mike came to help. They were all here until around midnight running from apt to apt, turning water off, cleaning up, etc. All doing this in a very caring & concerned way. Next day they were joined by Eric & Santino. They got it all under control. What a GREAT TEAM of workers! There is not enough praise in the world to give them.

I had a gas leak from my stove Eric the maintenance was on it right away he was friendly professional detect where the leak was coming shut the gas off reorder the part replace it in no time…he inspected to make sure the stove was safe to use again with his gas meter reader….thanks Eric.

I love my apartment. It was move in ready and immaculately clean. The hot water is perfectly hot and the pressure is very good. I love the view and I love living in a city. It is right up the road from everything I could possibly need. Mike is the nicest person and goes out of his way to help. He is very responsive and skilled. He maintains everything so well. Justin is so patient and accommodating. He was punctual whenever we had to meet, answered all my questions promptly and was very welcoming. The greatest need I have is to be safe and secure in my home and I found that here. I love it here! Thank you for making this transition a wonderful experience.

Rashawn is an excellent supervisor. Lately, Willy completed a hallway strip, while Rick finished the strip between the kitchen and dining room. Both jobs were done well. Nathaniel did a great job in placing a new kitchen floor. Finally, Gary with his outstanding expertise continues to service my home monthly.

Minor request, fulfilled within a day. Thank you. Appreciated one of the owners coming by in response to rodents. Spent time discussing and put poison down. Time will tell if this helps resolve problem but great attentiveness to my concern Gary was great, but still have mice and cockroaches.
