★★★Good apartments building, maintenance is very responsive but giving it a 4 instead of 5 star because I was under the impression that it is a handicap accessible building. It is not, there are no ramps for people in wheelchairs, crutches, or even strollers with babies to use. If you have a stroller, you have to lift the stroller up the steps. If this was fixed and a ramp was added, this would be make the building much more accessible and increase the rating across the board.
