Only 2 downside, the parking lot blows but that’s not really anyone’s fault just not a lot of room. Other thing is the washing machines break a lot but they are usually pretty quick at fixing them

Good apartments building, maintenance is very responsive but giving it a 4 instead of 5 star because I was under the impression that it is a handicap accessible building. It is not, there are no ramps for people in wheelchairs, crutches, or even strollers with babies to use. If you have a stroller, you have to lift the stroller up the steps. If this was fixed and a ramp was added, this would be make the building much more accessible and increase the rating across the board.
