He came in first a leak and informed me on his first day his plans on waiting for the ceiling to dry and that he will return the next day and we set up a time. Which he stuck to it perfectly. He was here the next day fixing the ceiling and before long it was all fixed and it looked as though nothing happened. The best part about Eric though is not the work but the quality of his work. He's is the kinda man that'll make sure the job is done right and perfect before he leaves. Definitely a five star employee.
