The whole process was so easy and stress-free, especially for someone like me who works and attends school. Haylie was so sweet and understanding — she accommodated me as much as possible and always took the time to answer my questions and address any concerns. She communicated effectively and was very open and transparent about everything related to the apartment and application process.

Maintenance crew is very friendly and timely. They took all of my concerns into account and got back to me quickly every time.

Peaceful, No rodents, clean,

Nice and affordable apartments. Management is very helpful & accommodating . Specially Vanessa is been very helpful throughout the moving process . I dropped my C.Card in the parking , Management called me the next day for me to pick it up . That was very kind of them . All n all 8 out of 10 no complaints here.

I’ve lived at bishop hill for a little over a year now and i absolutely love this complex!! The ladies in the front office are the sweetest especially Haylie!!! All the maintenance people I’ve encountered have been nothing but nice and helpful!!! Im in building C with a view of the courtyard and it’s always so fun seeing the complex kids playing and all the cute dogs walking around!! The neighbors are all super nice and truly look out for each other !!! 10/10 reccommend this complex I’m so happy I renewed my lease 🙂

I’ve had a great move in process so far! Haylie was amazing at being super attentive to any questions I had or concerns I may have had. This is my first experience living alone and i came from out of state so the process was way easier than I expected it to be!

Eric fixed my heat ,I am very happy for his work ,everything is ok now.

I’ve stayed for a while here at Penzel and it was very good time. The ladies at the office help me a lot. Thank you Woodward

John came and changed out my lightbulbs for me. Super nice and informative.

I had a great experience finding a home at Ridgeway Court - Jazmen worked hard to find exactly what I wanted and made the entire experience smooth. The apartments are a reasonable price for what they offer, the hot water doesn't run out, and they allow pets. Maintenance is usually very quick, and there's a 24/7 emergency line. I love my new place, despite its age, and I feel very at home here.

I live at bishop hill apartments h12 . Julian and craig came and help me out big time with my leaking shower and my clogged drain. Very thankful

Recently contacted Haylie in reference to needing shower grab bats in bathroom tub, bars were installed in a timely manner by maintenance, Haylie is focused; very professional. Haylie has those qualities sought by all employees, She is knowledgeable, efficient, gets things done, has a helpful attitude, and projects co incidence in carrying out her job, Haylie is the quintessential property manager!
