I applaud the maintenance unit for always accommodating my service request promptly. Craig was very professional in explaining the issue and its resolution. In addition, i also want to say that the leasing office has always been there when i raise a concern and they make sure to find solutions. It’s only 4 due to the cockroach and mice infestation. Other than that, it’s been a breeze living here.

I had a maintenance request and he arrived right away. Within 30 minutes.

Maintenance came to fix my heater before the cold weather rolled in and they were very friendly and efficient!

Eric and Tino were great. They fixed my stove knob pretty quickly and were very friendly as well.

The issues I had were responded to same day...those that could be fixed were fixed. The one a fix was tried but didn't work but definite plans were relayed to me (on approval of maintenance director) to fix it. He was polite and professional. A good experience. Thank you.

Hi I have been a tenant here for past 8-9 years. The maintenance crew we have now is outstanding. I called for a maintenance request My front door wouldn't stay closed I always had to put the lock on it or else it would just blow open, an hour after I placed the request the maintenance crew is here fix the door problem. They're friendly they're cleaning and neat, don't leave a mess. A great maintenance crew. Thanks again guys
