Eric and Tino were great putting in our dishwasher

I moved here under the former family owners and I do miss them/However I genuinely love living here/ Extremely convenient to everyday life essentials/ Very quiet neighborhood/ For the most part everyone is cordial but stays to themselves/ They do a great job keeping the landscape up in the winter and summer/ The maintenance team is still great considering they don’t have as many maintenance people as they did under the former owners/ Austin is good at calling you back and listening to your issues/ Ali and Tigen do a very great job at addressing your maintenance issues/ I definitely recommend this place/

The maintenance staff and the fire fighters were very responsive to the power fluctuations. I’m appreciative that they were persistent with PECO. Hoping the problem is solved.

My service to repair 2 big jobs was outstanding, Will came under 1 hour of receiving my work orders, did the jobs in no time.He's a merit to the maintenance dept....Kudos Will!!..and Thank-you!

Eric was my technician and he was great. Happy with the outcome and glad he asked for my opinion before proceeding with any alterations in my apartment!!!

Eric and Tino Were wonderful. They were beyond friendly, beyond welcoming, and all around great workers did exactly what they came here to do and fixed it within 10 minutes! I’ve never had maintenance come and fix an issue under 8 hours within getting the work order .

ERIC and Tino did a great job today, they were very professional and friendly , am satisfied with the work they both did in my bathroom.

Gary is world class act, he's one of if not the best maintenance too have around the building. Comes over asap and deal with any situation accordingly. If I could give more than 5 starts I would!

Gary does a great job everytime ! I appreciate his positive attitude and he is very friendly and nice.

I LOVE Lisa, Chris, Kevin. They CARE about yourvproblems & ALWAYS solve them. My kitchen drawer fell out & Chris was there in a very short time & fixed it. Also, when closet doors fell off he was there within hours & had them back on. The boys are friendly, helpful, & efficent. The same with Lisa. When I go to the office with a question or problem she gets right on it. Thanks to all!!!! op

I just moved into the Stratford Court Apartments in late July. I must confess that the attention that I have received has been outstanding!!! There were a few hiccups along the way however all of my concerns were resolved. The people who made this possible were Jazmine E., Rich, and Gary. They heard my concerns and address them within a day of me placing the work order. I love my apartment. It’s spacious and has deep closets, a pantry in the kitchen, and what was the icing on the cake were the hardwood floors.

I have lived here almost 10 years, looking to renew my lease, again. No better endorsement than that. It's a quiet complex. Close to everything. Management is responsive to maintenance requests.

Great complex within a quiet neighborhood. Apartments were well maintained and never had any issues with maintenance. Finding a place to park on the side of the road was easy. Everyone I met was kind and friendly. Justin was fantastic and very helpful.
