"The reviews about pests are correct, it’s definitely a problem here (which is true for pretty much any building in the area unfortunately). I would take off stars from my rating if it wasn’t addressed, but to their credit the maintenance guys have been great about taking care of it and always come out immediately when I put a work order in. My apartment has been virtually roach free for a few months now, and Gary and Julian are always coming around to do preventive maintenance and get ahead of any other problems. They’re super friendly and polite, which is a big relief when you live in an apt and don’t have a choice of who is coming into your home to fix things. It’s a no-frills property, but a nice simple place to call home with good neighbors."

"The 5 stars are for the great maintenance crew at Lindenwood. It all started when Kevin received a call of a major leak in the bathroom of The water gushed into & into (where my grandson lives.) I became aware of the problem when He called to ask me how to reach maintenance. Kevin arrived & was here for HOURS. (This was after work hours. Then Chris & Mike came to help. They were all here until around midnight running from apt to apt, turning water off, cleaning up, etc. All doing this in a very caring & concerned way. Next day they were joined by Eric & Santino. They got it all under control. What a GREAT TEAM of workers! There is not enough praise in the world to give them."

"Hi This is Debra Yate Ihad a leak. And I contacted apt about the leak in bathroom. Maintenance man Eric arrived promptly, very well mannered. Even though he wasnt able to fix leak because of not having all the proper tools he needed. He made it clear that he will return on Monday October 21, to fix the problem. What he did do was shut off the water until he comes back on Monday. He is a very well spoken guy (Bathroom sink leak) Pipe got push by me putting something under the bathroom sink. Eric kept his word and to my satisfact did a great job"
